Billing problems

It says I can't update my computer because of a previous billing problem. How do I reset this?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), Mac OS X (10.7.5)

I have found the app using the problem, and removed it. How can I cancel the purchase and unblock?
